Who are they?
Carflow is Europe’s complete solution for marketing, sales and stock management for auto dealers. Located in Belgium, the company wanted to create a platform that will allow car brands, dealers and buyers to connect, to share information about products, and to manage their purchases.
The challenge
When it comes to purchasing a car, 88% of consumers research online before they buy. In Belgium there are a lot of websites that sell or showcase cars online. This wide range of choices made it really difficult for consumers looking for information about a car, but also for brands and dealers that had to manually update every website on which they added their cars. This was timeconsuming and there were no real benefits for them in terms of visibility and lead generation, which meant they had a lot of cars that were not being sold.
What did we do?
We needed to create an all-in-one solution on which auto-dealers and national brands are enabeled to display information on multiple car websites in one update. This resulted in an extended platform where a car dealer can managem enhance and remarket their second hand car stock, as well as manage all their (incomming) leads.
Management modules
Stock Management - brands and dealers can manage their entire Stock in one single place. They only need to log in once and the information They add or the changes They make will be automatically and in real-time sent to all their digital showrooms.
Leads Management - the new solution enables brands and dealers to generate Leads and create a clear overview of them by automatically centralizing all the applications that were sent using the website or by e-mail.
More invaluable modules
The base of Carfow are the stock and lead management modules. Next to this we enhanced the software with several other features and modules like integrated communication and omni channel presence, online car trading module, reporting and customisation to the needs of the users.
